Can a Buddhist express their anger?
That's a question that i get from the newspaper.

Sometimes, we might think that Buddhist are human too. Why they can't be angry? But in actual way to say, Buddhist not mean that they cannot be angry. It is just because Buddhist can choose not to be angry.
Mostly in our daily life, most of the people are easily getting mad on someone when they are in trouble. Every time when we are angry, we are just get into the mood of anger without our realize and we have just forget that why we are angry. Then after we recover our conscious and we just feel guilty that why are we angry just now. However, some of the people might just want to treat their friends nicely and force to constrain their emotion; or they just pretend like they never heard of it and endure.
For me, I'm also a guy who always make myself under endurance "忍". Mostly, you will think that "endure" is a good habit on managing things; a good way to maintain well relationship with friends and family; everything will be well if you repress the anger mood. NO! you're definitely wrong. Because we have our own limit on ENDURE. And it is unhealthy if we store our anger in our heart. (I realise that this is why i got lots of white hair. )

So, what's the secret by the Buddhist on their anger management? This is actually through meditation - A real meditation through our mind and soul. At first, we are just always influenced by the surrounding. If we control our mind well, we can actually just put off those that we think that are not good for us until the problem cannot make us be angry. That's why Buddhist not mean they cannot angry, they just know the way to forget the bad.
